HOW TO ORDER

ORDER ONLINE

Pamper Hamper Gifts have implemented a number of safety measures to ensure your online shopping experience is both safe and secure. Shop using our easy-to-use, secure online ordering platform.

ORDER OVER THE PHONE

You can place your order over the phone by calling 1300 038 490 if you are calling within Australia (+61 2 9986 2007 if you are calling from outside Australia). Our office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm (AEST).

ORDER BY EMAIL

Email your order to info@pamperhampergifts.com.au for assistance. A member of our friendly team will respond to your email as soon as possible.

MAKING AN ORDER

By placing an order with Pamper Hamper Gifts, you agree to be bound by, and comply with, the Terms and Conditions of this Site. Pamper Hamper Gifts will confirm your order via email. You will receive an email confirming your order has been received and you will receive an electronic Tax Invoice. Pamper Hamper Gifts’ agreement with you comes into existence once Pamper Hamper Gifts has confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Pamper Hamper Gifts will not dispatch an order until payment has been received in full.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, ZipPay and PayPal. Our customers are not charged any extra credit card processing fees. Direct Deposit is also available, however we will need to have received the funds into our account prior to dispatch of your order.

BULK ORDER / MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES

If you require a number of hampers for delivery to multiple locations, we have created a spreadsheet to simplify the order process for our customers. Simply complete this form with the information relevant for each recipient, email the completed spreadsheet back to us on orders@pamperhampergifts.com.au. We will complete a full quote including shipping, we will process your order, set you up on an account and email you your tax invoice.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Pamper Hamper Gifts immediately on 1300 038 490 (or +61 2 9986 2007 if you are calling outside of Australia). Once a payment has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Pamper Hamper Gifts. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel an order.

DISPATCH OF AN ORDER

Pamper Hamper Gifts will communicate the dispatch of an order with you via email. Your order can be tracked using the link in the email or via the shipment tab in you in your online account.

REFUND POLICY

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Pamper Hamper Gifts if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification, Pamper Hamper Gifts will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received.

Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery guarantees detailed in our Gift Delivery section. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.

In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, we will happily replace the gift with no hassle. Please call Pamper Hamper Gifts on 1300 038 490 (if calling outside of Australia, please call us on +61 2 9986 2007) or email us at info@pamperhampergifts.com.au to organise for the replacement gift or damaged items to be re-sent. We reserve the right to request images of the damage to the gift hamper.

In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used to place the order for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with Pamper Hamper Gifts are processed with the best customer service and satisfaction.

ITEM SUBSTITUTION

Pamper Hamper Gifts reserves the right to substitute products that may be unavailable, out of stock or not suitable for use. We guarantee that the replacement item will be of an equal or greater quality and cost to the original item.

SALE OF LIQUOR

Pamper Hamper Gifts supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

If ordering gift hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. 

Gift hampers containing alcohol need to be signed for and cannot be left at the premises under an Authority to Leave.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY

All transactions are quoted and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vouchers can be redeemed on the Pamper Hamper Gifts website.

Vouchers are valid up to and including the “Valid Until Date” on the voucher.

Vouchers are non-refundable, non transferable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers.

When purchasing a gift, the full value of the voucher must be used and the outstanding balance paid by credit card.

Risk of loss for vouchers pass to the recipient upon delivery or transmission to the recipient. Pamper Hamper Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. For your security, the voucher cannot be redeemed without the Voucher ID.

We have the right to cancel vouchers and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed with Pamper Hamper Gifts.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Pamper Hamper Gifts, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver the best quality gift hampers quickly and efficiently. We always endeavour to deliver your hampers as close to your requested delivery date as possible. If your order is not delivered on your requested delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.

DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE

Pamper Hamper Gifts deliver gift hampers Australia-wide with our partner courier. Our chosen courier has a proven and efficient delivery record, excellent traceability and fantastic customer service.

Pamper Hamper Gifts offers standard delivery and express delivery across Australia as well as Same Day Deliveries in the Sydney Metro area. If your order is placed before 4:00pm, your order will be dispatched on that business day (if your order is placed over the weekend or public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day).

Please allow an additional 2 days for deliveries to remote or rural areas across Australia.

You may place your order in advance of your required delivery date. You may state a future preferred delivery date in the special instructions when ordering online. Please place your order early to avoid any disappointment and to give us the opportunity to ensure that your hamper arrives on your preferred delivery date.

If you are organising a gift hamper to be delivered to a residential address, please provide the recipients best contact number when ordering online. If the hamper does not contain alcohol, we give our courier the authority to leave parcels if the recipient is not at home. This only happens when the courier deems this to be safe. If a successful delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect their hamper from their local post office.

All of our hampers are delivered with a reliable and efficient courier service.

All hamper deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. We are unable to deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.

COST OF DELIVERY

The cost of shipping is not included in the cost of your hamper.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as free shipping. Whether it is included in our hamper prices or charged separately, there will always be a cost. While we strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, there is a trade off between reliability and cost.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, weight and size of the hamper selected. To find out the cost of your delivery to any suburb in Australia using our Shipping Estimator. By adding your chosen hampers to your cart, complete the required fields on the Shipping Estimator to get a quote of the shipping cost.

SYDNEY SAME DAY DELIVERY

For Sydney Same Day Delivery, the cost is a flat rate of $25 (including GST). Additional charges apply for multiple hampers being delivered to the same address. If your order is placed before 2:00pm, your hamper will be delivered the same afternoon to Sydney Metropolitan Suburbs. As a guide, these suburbs are within a 20km radius of the Sydney CBD. This is provided that all information is correct and the recipient is available to receive the delivery.

DELIVERIES TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

For deliveries to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers and Registered Mail Bags (RMBs) there is an additional cost of $10 over and above the cost of standard delivery to the delivery suburb.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click and Collect hampers can be placed throughout the day. Please allow one business hour before collecting your hamper. Any orders placed over the weekend, on public holidays or after 4pm Monday to Friday will be available collection anytime after 10am the next business day.

Our warehouse is open for collections from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

HOW TO FIND US

Enter 15-25 Narabang Way driveway and stay right as you go down the driveway. Continue past units 15-25 of 19 Narabang Way, when you reach the very bottom, turn into the entrance to units 1-14 of 19 Narabang Way. Our warehouse is Unit 1, on the opposite side of the parking area (nearest the exit driveway).

Our warehouse is open between 9am and 5pm on Monday to Friday, 10am and 3pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays and NSW public holidays.
