It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Pamper Hamper Gifts if a gift hamper has not been delivered. Upon notification, Pamper Hamper Gifts will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received.
Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery time-frame detailed in our Gift Delivery section. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.
In the unfortunate (and rare) event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, Pamper Hamper Gifts will happily replace the gift with no hassle. Please call Pamper Hamper Gifts on 1300 038 490 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a replacement gift or for the damaged items to be resent. We reserve the right to request images of the damage to the gift hamper.
In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or replacement of the damaged items, we will refund the credit card used to place the order for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items.
