Pamper Hamper Gifts delivers gift hampers Australia-wide using Australia Post for standard and express deliveries. We also offer Same Day Delivery within the Sydney Metro area.

  • Orders over $150: FREE standard delivery Australia-wide via Australia Post.
  • Orders under $150: Flat rate of $13.95 for standard delivery via Australia Post.
  • Australia Post Express: Flat rate of $19.95.
  • Sydney Metro Same Day Delivery: Flat rate of $25.95.

Standard delivery is available Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Orders over $150 receive free standard delivery. Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $13.95

AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS – $19.95

Australia Post Express delivery is available Australia-wide for a flat rate of $19.95.

Express deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Please note that Express delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and Australia Post network.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY – SYDNEY METRO – $25.95

Same Day Delivery is available within the Sydney Metro area for a flat rate of $25.95.

Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Friday can be delivered the same business day when the Same Day Delivery option is selected at checkout.

Same Day Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.

 

DISPATCH INFORMATION

Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends or on public holidays will generally be dispatched on the next business day.

Please place your order early to allow sufficient time for delivery, particularly if your hamper is required by a specific date.

 

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Our couriers are unable to call recipients prior to or upon delivery.

For hampers that do not contain alcohol, we may authorise the courier to leave the parcel if the recipient is not home. This is at the courier's discretion and will only occur where they consider it safe to do so.

If the parcel cannot be safely left, Australia Post may leave a calling card or provide instructions for collection or redelivery.

All hampers are delivered using reliable and efficient delivery services with tracking available where applicable.

 

DELIVERIES TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers and Registered Mail Bags (RMBs).

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED

Where the order contains an incorrect shipping address and the gift has already been dispatched, there is a fee of $16.95 to get the hamper redirected to the correct address.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is NOT currently available. We are currently working on re-implementing this service for weekdays, however it will remain unavailable on Weekends or Public Holidays.

 

SALE AND PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL
